CLARIFICATION OF TERMS & QUESTIONS: If any prospective Offeror has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, then it is the Offeror’s responsibility to contact the Town and submit questions in writing, no later than Friday, January 19, 2024. Oral requests for information will not be accepted. No further written inquiries will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. local time on January 23, 2024. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by an addendum issued by the Town no less than 10 days before the bid opening due date.

Time Square Market on Main Construction Project – Town of Warsaw, Virginia

Sealed Bids for the Time Square Market on Main building renovations will be received by the Warsaw Town Offices (78 Belle Ville Lane) until 2:00 PM EST on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024, and then at said office opened publicly and read aloud. Late, facsimile, and/or electronic proposals will not be accepted.

The project consists of renovations and additions to an existing masonry building located at 74 Main Street. The renovated building will consist of a Community Market, Restaurant Space, Arcade area, and general meeting space. Project budget is to not exceed $500,000.

MEP, architectural, and structural plans and bid documents are available for inspection and download (free of charge) on the Town of Warsaw website at https://www.townofwarsaw.com/rfp-s-and-solicitations.
