The Town of Warsaw is partnering with independent local feline rescue groups. Our goal is to help control the feral cat population. This is accomplished by public referrals that will be forwarded to the appropriate organization to assist. Our intent is to act as a conduit between the public and the feline rescue groups.

How does this work?

Once notified (facebook, phone, email, office visit, website, etc.), the Warsaw Police Department will contact our liaison and start the process. Please understand we will do the best we can, but may not be able to resolve all situations as resources are limited both with us and our partners. We are not a drop off location.

Feline rescue groups are currently working on TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) Operations in the Town of Warsaw. Efforts are also made to find homes for friendly rescue felines. Opportunities exist for low cost referrals to spay and neuter.
